The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is mandated to elevate the quality of life of agricultural families through sustainable and resilient livelihoods and access to modern networks and innovative markets in the region.
The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1965 among governments of Southeast Asian countries to promote regional cooperation to make lives better in quality and equity in education, preventive health education, culture and tradition, languages, poverty alleviation, and agriculture and natural resources.
The organization comprises of 11 Southeast Asian education ministers, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
The World Civility Index credential allows students, job-seekers and employers to have a common standard in measuring soft skills across companies as well as across international boundaries.
