Who among you appreciates the benefits we get from RESISTANCE TRAINING?

By definition, this is also called STRENGTH TRAINING or WEIGHT TRAINING 🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️ – the use of resistance to muscular contraction to build strength, stamina & tone our muscles.

I began doing this from the age of 18, starting off at the point of being underweight especially in my upper extremities. When I did this repeatedly & consistently, the muscles build up enabling me to gain weight in the right areas plus over-all improve the body’s proportion.

At present life stage, all the more we need to take this seriously. Variation in the training program helps to maintain the strength already gained via the thrice a week efforts done – Watch out for the sets, repetions & actual exercises undertaken (machines, free weights, resistance bands, & using our body weight).
